N&atilde;o ser&aacute; mais necess&aacute;ria a assinatura do m&eacute;dico da Ufla como era feito at&eacute; ent&atilde;o.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div>O estudante ter&aacute; um prazo de cinco dias para preencher o requerimento e entregar no setor de protocolo. Lembrando que este documento tamb&eacute;m poder&aacute; ser solicitado via telefone (3829-1113 e 3829-1134). Se j&aacute; estiver de posse do atestado m&eacute;dico, dever&aacute; ser anexado.
